The $4.3 million retail development Box Row Avondale is now about 88 percent preleased, according to Blue Oak Development principal Robert Ferrara.
Ferrara said there is just one retail box and two small office blocks left to lease.
A few of the latest tenants to sign on include Manitou Supply, South Boutique and Krystalize Jewelry.
