Investment Sales
Bo joined HMA in 2023 and focusses on leading Harbert’s investment sale efforts. Bo is experienced in selling various multi-family property classes and has had over 30 multifamily transactions in the Birmingham metro since 2019. Prior to joining Harbert, Bo sold commercial real estate for Red Rock Realty Group in Birmingham since 2009. Bo graduated from The University of Alabama and was a 2021 CCIM Candidate. Bo and his wife Caren reside in Mountain Brook with their four children.

Kim V Washington
Marketing Director
Kim joined HMA in 2017 and manages all aspects of HMA's brand including marketing materials, web design, and marketing strategy. Prior to joining HMA, she graduated from the Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. Kim is a Birmingham native and lives in the area with her husband Chris and their two children.
Bishop Escue
Analyst
Bishop joined HMA in 2022, shortly after graduating from the University of Alabama. While attending the university, he received both a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and a Masters of Business Administration. Prior work experience includes an internship in the commercial loan department of ServisFirst Bank, as well as an internship with a local real estate developer. Bishop is a Birmingham native, along with his four siblings and parents.
