Both Sterling Ridge in Madison, Alabama and the Park at Moss Creek in Jackson, Mississippi closed in July 2013. Sterling Ridge, 236 units, was built in 1993 and is located in the highly sought after Madison submarket of Huntsville near major employers and thriving retail. ROCK’s team of Bo Flurry, Joe Holt, and Justin Uffinger represented the seller, MDIC who sold the property to Hawthorne Residential for $12,600,000.
The sales team for Park at Moss Creek included Bo Flurry, Joe Holt, and Justin Uffinger who partnered with Tommy Bronson of CBRE Memphis. Located in popular Northeast Jackson, Mississippi, the Park at Moss Creek (393 units) recently underwent a $2.25 million renovation. The Park at Moss Creek was built in 1978 and 1985 and was sold by Arlington Properties to KBS Moss Creek LLC for $16,380,000.
